Loving this program so far but can you explain what a tricep dip is and body squats. Just so l can be sure that i am doing them right. With the program card will you be telling me when i have to increase or change the program. I have it printed beside my bed so i don't forget. I am feeling more motivated than usual so think is the right time for me to take control of my fitness and health. Thank you for such an innovative site.
