What to have for dinner?

Struggeling with dinner ideas that are quick and healthy?

I came across a great recipee the other day and everyone loved it but most of all it took me a very short time to prepare and the leftovers were great the next day too!

EASY RAVIOLI

Just prepare Latina Beef Ravioli packet as directed. Drain and set aside. In a non-stick saucepan sprayed with a little oil cooking spray brown 100 g diced lean bacon, then just add the ravioli and stir through one jar of Leggo's pasta stir through sauce (any favour), 100g frash baby spinach leaves and 50 roasted pinenuts-serve topped with freshly grated light parmesan cheese and green salad.

(To reduce the calorie content you could substitute the sauce with a can of chopped italian flavoured diced tomatoes)
