HERE'S A QUICK LITTLE WORKOUT - TRY AS WELL AS OR INSTEAD OF YOUR NORMAL ROUTINE FOR SOMETHING A LITTLE BIT DIFFERENT AND TO GIVE YOUR BODY A BIT OF AN EXTRA CHALLENGE- All you need is a skipping rope.
Skip at low speed for 2 minutes
20x LOW BODY SQUATS
Skip 2 minutes at a faster pace
1 minute HOVER on the ground (on your knees if you have a sore back)
Skip for 3 minutes (20 skips at low speed and 20 as fast as you can-alternating for 3mins)
20x LOW BODY SQUATS (a little faster and before you come up add 3 low pulses)
This routine should only take about 12-15 mins- try not to rest between exercises and aim to complete it 2-3 times.
