Walking really is the best exercise for weight loss- try to fit in a 30-40 min walk daily preferably first thing in the morning. Take along a bottle of water and just go - time seems to pass a lot more quickly outdoors. Mix it up by increasing your speed for 1-2 minutes every so often and trying some hills or stairs-parks are a great place for this. If you are sick of your daily routine wether it be weights, bike riding or something else it is always very good to give that a break for a week and just walk once a day - then when you get back to the other exercises you feel refreshed and motivated again!
